  Since it isnt quite fast food, the drive thru will be atleast 10 minutes on average. Usually understaffed. Online orders seem to be the only thing that are finished within reasonable time. Usually clean for the most part.

  No ice for pop, the soft serve machine no ice cream came out, they were out rolls for 2 out 3 kids meals, they were out of mac cheese and potato casserole at 730 om Sunday night....on top of all that she gave me the kids meal free only after I bugged them thats there sunday kids eat free deal.....might try different dickies but not Northbranch one pretty sad lol

  A small group of coworkers and I ordered to go orders to be ready at noon. When we got there at about 12:15 the orders were not ready, no one there seemed to care that we had ordered in advance so that they would be ready, No one even really attended to us they all just stood around and more or less ignored us. it took a 45mins for them to get our 6 orders ready which should've been ready when we got there. needless to say due to the bad customer service non e of us will be eating here again.
